My nails look nice after the service however as someone who doesn’t get there nails on I had no idea I was getting acrylic nails until the person was already putting them on at first I wondered what the powder was and honestly had not idea. When the woman started putting attachments on I thought maybe she was trying to give me tips and I was confused as I had just asked for a regular manicure. It was again started before anyone asked. I did not ask for acrylic nails and it’s not what I wanted. The water in the salon was also cold during the pedicure I didn’t want to complain in the store but found as other people did this was due to the weather and other people where brought boiling water to mix in the foot bath. I’ve been coming here sporadically for years and have never had a bad experience! Super friendly and always leave with a fantastic manicure.

Worst experience I've had in a nail salon in years. Was seated at a station but I had to take my daughter to the restroom first before I could start... It wasn't 10 minutes to I came out and the person who was to do my nails is nowhere to be found. Went on break in the back and was talking on clear view of me. After being ignored for at last ten minutes I asked if anyone would come and help me. After all of that, when I said I wanted a full set, I thought it was common courtesy and good service to at least trim my nails first as well as my cuticles.... Apparently the bare minimum is a manicure and they charged 10 extra dollars. Will never go back. Very disappointing. No customer service.
