Eureka Massage Center

My husband surprised me with a long massage for Valentine’s Day. I was scheduled with Laurel and was well pleased with such a relaxing and (for me) luxurious experience!

For two months had our massages booked for our honeymoon. And had confirmation of booking. On arrival to start our trip had walked in to what was suppose to be massages. Instead was giggled at and told oops I made a mistake a put yall down for tomorrow. Just come back tomorrow and we will get yall taken care of. That’s not how you do customer service at all. Even after showing them the proof they scheduled it wrong. It was basically like oops nothing we can do. Terrible customer service. We will never try them again.

Husband and I came here for our anniversary. It was the first time either of us have had a professional massage. Poco is amazing. They're friendly, and knowledgeable. Definitely recommend.

My wife and I booked an appointment 2 months in advance. After driving 4 hours to start our honeymoon we show and then we are told our appointment was for the next day and all we got was a chuckle and whoops as a response and they asked us to come back the next day even though we were the only car in their parking lot and nobody in her appointment book she checked in front of us. Would rate 0 stars if I could solely based on customer service.

Great experience. Laurel was amazing. I came out of the massage so relaxed. Would come here again
