Went in for a short haircut. Just wanted to shape up my pixie that I am trying to grow out. Leonor half glanced at the pics I showed her and then chopped my hair like an inch and half shorter than what I asked for. The shape is alright and somewhat close to what I was going for but it’s so frayed and uneven because she was using super blunt razor (which is horrible for my type of hair even when it’s sharp) I could feel it pulling my hair. Like damn seriously? I think she is not very knowledgeable about different hair types bc my hair is so thick and she cut it so short that it just sticks out in many areas. Also she was just super careless. She kept hitting me in the face with the comb and spraying me in the face. Idk if she was high or what but it wasn’t cute. Also wouldn’t ask her to

I’ve never paid so much to get my hair done, and unfortunately, it was the worst experience. I honestly could’ve done a better job myself. I had a lovely conversation with Leonor, but that was the only positive part of my visit. I went in for a blowout, and my hair is curly, if you don’t know how to properly blow dry curls, please don’t let clients waste their money. The conditioner they used was good, but that’s about it. I ended up redoing my hair when I got home. I didn’t say anything at the time since it didn’t seem worth it. I was the last customer, and the service felt rushed. I definitely won’t be returning

I've been going to Alex for about 5 years now, and she is the only person I will let touch my hair anymore. She really takes the time to listen to what I'm looking for out of a haircut, both in terms of look and upkeep. She's very patient and makes sure I'm completely satisfied at the end of every appointment. Can't recommend her enough!
