I got my hair done by Esther. After removing the lace closure sew in this is what I discovered. The hair and lace was provided by her. She was very unapologetic, unremorseful, and lacked any accountability on her part for what happened. She said I could’ve been allergic to the hair/lace which again was provided by her. She told me to go see a dermatologist. This was a very expensive hairstyle and the lack of care or concern was ridiculous. She offered not a "I'm sorry this happened" not a discount literally nothing. I came to her very calm and respectful. I was just shocked at how she handled this as a business owner.

I made a 3week appointment to get a wash and tighten for my daughter hair. The appointment was for 1:46pm, Esther didn’t start until 3:46. After she washed her hair and put her under the dryer for 2hrs, we had to continue to wait. I asked her how long it will take because we drove three hours from out of town and I had go to work later that evening. Her response was I didn’t know you were from out of town. After waiting 20 more minutes she had my daughter come to her chair. Within 5 min she left out of the shop. My daughter didn’t leave the shop unit 8:05. As a professional you should give your client the same respect you want, when you want us to arrive on time. I understand you can run behind, but 6 plus hours is unacceptable. Wonderful experience! I absolutely love my hair. She matched the hair color to my skin tone. I feel like a million bucks. She washed my hair blow dried it and braided it down.

I was nervous to get my first closure sew in before my vacation to Tampa cause closures sometimes look “wiggy” and I have thinning edges but this is now my go to stylist and hairstyle! She is super sweet and professional. I can tell she cares about her clients. She even washes! I’ve just had my second appointment and my edges have started to grow in like crazy. She does not braid too tight, her bundles are amazing and the salon is soooooo pretty and peaceful. I travel a whole hour for her to do my hair and will continue to do so.
