i walked in the barbershop no one said good morning or how you doing or can i help you or anything. i sat in the barbershop from 7:00a.m till 7:54a.m. and no barbershop employee said anything to me. so i left the barbershop and i never will ever again go into this barbershop. i've never been treated so horribly in a business in my life. and someone please tell that guy that ensley is a community not a city. ensley never had it's own police department in the 80's it was birmingham's police department precinct in ensley. that guy really needs to read study and understand history before he talks and thinks he knows what he's talking about but he doesn't.

Willie has been my barber for over 35yrs.

I've been coming here for over 20 years. It used to be first come first served. Now you sit here for 2 hours while people walk in from the street and sit in the chair before you. So fustratrating and unprofessional. Lost a 20+ year customer. Gave it one star because zero was unavailable. I will never ever come back, period, point blank!

I used to love the shop when Mr. Joe Ran it My last time here the guy Run Cut my hair 💇‍♂️ Horrible experience every time I visit this Barber. He books appointments that he can’t keep I said in his shop three hours with a appointment, The Guy Name Twin Who works here is the main guy to see not that Un-professional guy Name Run He often faded my hair and left hair due to Rushing

I go to Ervin every time and he dies a geometric Mohawk design that only HE gets perfect everytime. The problem is he became my barber many years ago on another side of town and now it's inconvenient for me to get to him. Not his fault but he refuses to let me prepay for a cut and be next in line WHENEVER I decide on my next cut and he always has an eternal line of heads. Only two barbers with that kind of tradfic?!?! It's inconvenient and barber honors no seniority. Everything else is top notch.
