Ethereal Day Spa

The spa is very clean, and the staff is very inviting. I’ve only had nail service with this spa twice now. The nail techs were very polite and friendly. However, this is the second time I felt unsatisfied with the completion of my nails. The first time the gel polished lifted after a couple days. I originally wanted dip this time since the gel obviously was a waste of money. After the booking staff spoke with the nail tech, I was encourage to try their special gel polish which is suppose to last longer. The fee for the special gel was waived due to the previous situation. The issue I have with my nail service today is that my nails does not look like I got a fresh manicure today. This place was amazing! I treated myself to a swedish massage & a manicure/pedicure for my birthday. My massage was with Erin, she did such a great job, I got off the massage table feeling so relaxed like I had shed 10 pounds of pure tension. Then I went back upstairs for my mani/pedi with Amy, she was so incredibly kind and wonderful to talk to. My nails look fantastic. She poured me a glass of earl grey tea to enjoy while my nails dried. After my appointment, I was able to head back downstairs for the whirlpool, sauna, and steam room where I relaxed even more. They knocked 10% off my total as a birthday gift! I could not recommend this place more.

I highly recommend Etheral Day Spa. I have been going for eyebrow and bikini waxing and facials with Mary for several years. She is awesome! I also love their products - i use the Obagi Sun Shield daily for my face and also the Lalicious hydrating body butter - Sugar Reef and Sugar Coconut are my favorite scents. For massage, Olga and Jay are AMAZING! I wish i had more time to actually get massages.

Came here for a birthday visit and did a special they had online for a massage, facial, and manicure. Upon entering, it was very chaotic and loud not spa like. My facial was amazing. Then the massage. Karen talked the entire time. Even after she kept saying “okay I’m done talking so you can relax” I thought oh good finally lol. Then she proceeded to talk about the spa amenities downstairs that I wasn’t even offered in the first place for “next time”. Well I knew there wasn’t going to be a next time. The massage was horrible. She showed up late, left early, and didn’t even massage me. I got the hand chops on the back… Last was the manicure and the woman who did it was very kind and inviting. This spa truly is a hidden gem. I came here today for the first time and had such a wonderful experience. The music is relaxing, the team is kind and welcoming, the owner truly goes above and beyond to accommodate each guest. Sadaco was my specialist. She is extremely talented. I will definitely recommend Ethereal Day Spa to everyone I know!
