Adam is wonderful and my hair has never looked this good in my life. He also styles my mother and daughter and their hair looks beautiful. Adam is a true artist and a total sweetheart. If you're thinking about getting an appointment, just do it. You won't be disappointed.

There is only one reason I’ve ever been to Jamestown, TN and it’s because of Etch Salon. I drive 3 hours (each way) because I know that my hair is going to be looking amazing as soon as I walk out those doors! Adam has done my hair for years starting when he was downtown Nashville. So when he moved, I tried a couple other salons. No one could color and style my hair the way Adam does. I’ve had every color in the rainbow and he’s taken me from pitch black to platinum blonde without any hair damage! He’s like Doctor Hair when it Comes to repair and now I have Golden long hair thanks to their Donna Bella extension certification! You won’t be disappointed when you go to Etch Salon!

My family and I have attempted this salon 3 times. The first time, the lady was 2 hours late and called to ask if we still wanted the service. The second time, no one showed up to unlock the door. The third time was a complete disaster. We waited for the owner for 45 minutes to return from McDonald's only to have his associate to fill in. The hair cut was so far off from what was asked and beyond styling we went to another salon to have it repaired enough to wear. I would not recommend this business to anyone ever.

I tried to use the website on Sunday to set up an appointment for a Brazilian wax but the option wasn’t there so I talked to the esthetician that works there cause I know her and she told to to call and make an appointment on Tuesday when they open and I did, she only works on Saturdays so I made the appointment for the next Saturday. Come Saturday literally as I am getting in my car to drive there she sends me a message that her boss said it’s too much of a liability to do a male Brazilian and my appointment gets canceled. If that’s the case then whoever I called when I set up my appointment should have known and told me then not as I’m on my way to the appointment. Very unprofessional.

My first hair cut here,thank you Shane for the best hair cut ever, you guys are the cats. I highly recommend this salon, professional AND friendly ! They care about their customers. I will return gladly !!!
