My sister and I went into this shop for the first time for a wax service. The owner of the shop (who is not the waxer) was extremely rude. We didn’t know the procedure, and we stood at the front desk for about 10 minutes while multiple staff members (including the owner) walked past us and never acknowledged us. Finally the owner told us to just sit down. my sister asked how would the person who does the waxing know we were there, and if there is a sign in sheet or something. Things went completely “left” from that moment. She( the owner) started screaming at us telling us she doesn’t work for the waxer and if her door is closed that means she has a customer and she would be out when she is done so go sit down! ... no hi, hello, welcome to my shop nothing!!!! I interject during the middle
