Came here to get black box hair dye removed.. so far so good. Nohemi has good communication regarding the process.

Noemi or whoever the store owner is did a terrible job on my hair. I went there since my mom told me she was “so good” at what she does. I had veryyy long hair and she literally just cut it and didn’t even style it. When it came to me asking her to style my hair she said “no, you have to make appointments if you want me to dry your hair because I am a very busy person”. I came home and styled my OWN hair and then realized that she left my hair uneven. Maybe if she styled my hair she would’ve seen how badley she left it. But wanted to hurry my hair up since her customers kept coming in and her so called “helpers” decided to go to Walmart. I do not recommend this place ever and won’t come again cheap work.

The hours are never accurate. I waited an hour and a half both times I’ve been here. One of the times I waited for that long, they showed up, and the other time I waited, they did not show up. I’ve had the same problem where they barely cut any of my hair off.
