What a gem! There is such a thing as "too much information" and it's overwhelming (and misleading a lot of times) for the mindset of "you can teach yourself by watching YouTube videos. Esther is a gem of a human and so incredibly knowledgeable. Self care is an area I lack the discipline in maintaining and feel overwhelmed with thinking I could only "indulge" a few times a year. HOWEVER!!! Her approach and helping me break a few mental barriers and TEACHING me what to do at home a few times a week, or even daily (like how best to apply moisturizer. Did you even know there is a technique to it that is best instead of just rubbing it on??? I didn't!) was refreshing and puts self care within reach. Esther is outrageously knowledgeable about skin care. If you’re looking for someone to give real guidance on what products to spend your money on, make an appointment. I’ve had two custom facials and followed her instructions for 2 months. I wish I took before photos, but you’re just as well off asking Esther how old she is. You’ll understand when you do.
