My hair was chopped, not cut neither styled. My bangs are uneven My hair has not shape I asked medium brown I got deep black It is so awful The styler didn't turn the chair to show me the work He ended saying it's not black I was charged 350 to look like a monster He even got so mad because I left no tip I have no idea how to fix this for new years and go to work My husband said TG I love you bc it looks awful

The man answering the phone isn’t helpful and makes it very hard to understand anything about the salon. The man was a bit judgmental, resisted answering questions, didn’t provide any information about booking, and hung up abruptly. I’m not sure how anyone books anything here 1) logistically and 2) without feeling judged and belittled for not already being an expert on the services offered by the salon. Maybe they do a good job with hair & makeup, but I wouldn’t know! Other salons have nice people who answer the phone, bridal specialists who tell you about the services, and detailed packets and information. Calling this business won’t get you any of these things. Save yourself some time and look elsewhere!

I'm so glad I found this salon. Emir gave me an excellent haircut and knew exactly what would suit me. He truly is an artist.

I've received the most amazing service from Emir and the team. Emir is very talented and experienced. He knows what style is good for you looking at your hair type and face shape. You don't even need to explain yourself. You can just relax, he gets it.

I take guitar lessons on Church Street in the same building as Esthetica. My guitar instructor gets his haircut there. So I had my first appt today 6/28/2024. Emir was my hair stylist. He took the time to ask me what I wanted and he was so understanding. He worked magic with my fine hair. I felt like a Princess! After washing my hair he gave me a beautiful haircut and styled it so beautifully! This is my place forever to have my hair done be it haircut, stlyling and color. Thank you, Emir! You made my day. Set up my next appt, too! ❤️🥰
