Lady was looking at her phone which was on the counter/rolling cart while cutting my hair. I mean her eyes were not on my hair while she was cutting! How unprofessional. Also left the deep conditioner in too long or didn’t wash it out enough and my hair was greasy from it.

The staff was really nice, however my hair fell out. I only got a wash, set and a blowout, no chemicals. The first visit was fine but after the second visit, my hair had severe heat damage. I hardly blow out my hair and my hair had never been in such bad shape. I had to keep cutting my hair and it took a year for my hair to become healthy again. The staff was really nice but I don’t know what happened to my hair during my last visit.

I wanted my hair washed and blown out. My hair was washed and then it was ripped out of my scalp. I’m natural so my hair needs water to detangle. I thought as a professional salon they would know more about hair. Any who I asked the stylist can she be more gentle and she got an attitude. The blow dryers are way to hot and so are the flat irons, if you want to remain with hair on your scalp I don’t recommend this salon. Music is way to loud as well.

My first time going here and she welcomed me and made me feel like I was choosing the right place , there a little pricey and they don't speak much english but they understand it and they also are sure to help you with what you need even if it isnt in regards to hair. I am definitely going back. They turned my afro into a dubee okayyy..
