I asked for a trim. They cut my hair extremely short and claimed it’s the style we talked about over the phone. I was a walk in and asked for a half inch trim. I’m never coming here again and I’d advise everyone else to be careful with this place.

I just went yesterday this ladies don’t even k ow how to cut hair …. I ask for my edges and they chop my hair all the alway up… No tan siquiera lo mojaron para cuadrarlo…..Pesimo sitio!!!

Will not be going back. The salon didn't have hot water for my shampoo, in the middle of winter I had my hair washed with extremely cold water. Not only the water issue, the haircut I asked, not even close the picture I showed the hair stylist. Their salon looks very outdated, not only decor but the stylist's equipments too. Prices are good, but still won't be going back.

I asked for a butterfly haircut and asked Melinda to cut it the same length and she ended up cutting 2 inches of my hair and left it a fox hair style not what I asked for .. won’t not recommend coming to the place , they do it how they want and not what you asked for . Bad customer service !

Love it everyone is friendly and they do an AMAZING job I got my nails done here and prices are great too
