My hair was extremely dry and damaged when I came in, and I left with soft, manageable hair that I could easily finger-comb. The haircut turned out gorgeous, and she was such a pleasure to be around. I’ll definitely be coming back 💕 Thank you Nadia!

BAD service, BAD attitude, BAD haircuts. I have consistently experienced bad service, poor attitudes, and unsatisfactory haircuts at this salon. It truly pains me to go there. However, I have been taking my 94-year-old mother to this salon because she is accustomed to it. Out of respect for her choice, I continued to go. Thankfully, this week she asked me to find a different salon. Yay! She mentioned that her last haircut at Estela's was so uneven that she no longer wishes to return. At one point, Estela's had four locations; now they only have two. If the owner reads this review, she would benefit from spending some time at her Cheyenne location to see the level of service her stylists are providing before her business suffers even more. Amazing service -Isabel !! I stumbled into this place after a bad hair experience at the mall. I am so glad I did! Isabel was extremely patient and was able to fix the mess the other places had done and was able to get my hair back to exactly what I wanted!!! This is the second time I go back to see her and I have not been disappointed! I have had so many compliments since I started coming here!!
