Essex Nails

Went here because i need to get my nails filled and couldn't get into my normal place so tried somewhere new. Worst mistake ever. If I could leave 0 stars I would. Had acrylic fill and gel polish. Went last night and the polish is already messing up from where she put to much polis in some places that left bubbles. The clear coat has holes in it and isn't even covering the whole nail. The actual acrylic isn't even or covering the whole nail. At the bottom close to the cuticle is so thick and you can tell it will pull up because you can pull at it. Its not even, and some nails look real small and some look super bulky. They feel like press on nails. Paid $38 but am gonna have to go to my regular place and have them fixed.

Olivia did my nails and eyebrows and she did exactly what I was looking for!!!!! Got my toes done by someone else and she did great as well!! So glad Olivia is back!

If I could do a 0 star review I would . They messed my nails up so bad I had to go home and fix them myself . Once I got up from the chair he told me it was 35 for my fill and when I went to pay they charged me MORE . If he would have told me the right price from the start I wouldn’t be so irritated . But then I get charged extra for some BS nails I have to go home and fix ? I think not . I will NEVER set foot back in that nail place .

I went there today for a fill , pedi and eyebrow wax. The lady that did my pedi & eyebrows was AWESOME (I give them 5 stars) However the man that did my nails was very rude, and didn’t listen to what I wanted. He did what he wanted to do. I asked for a cut down I never got and when it was time to pay my bill was 119. I was confused on how it was that much being I got basic EVERYTHING, the listed price for eyebrows $10 a fill in 35 & pedi 50 total is clearly $95. When I went to pay he got agitated because I asked for a price break down, I told the lady employee that I had a split payment & as I’m telling her because she could understand me, he keeps tapping me tellin me to speak to him and not her. If you didn’t understand I wanted a cut down how would you or could you understand that I nee

This are not what I asked for and they are skinny and feel like press on for 48 dollars. I’m unhappy and I want a whole new set but I guess I just won’t visit anymore . I know they want last a week .
