The reviews are highly deceiving! I scheduled an appt with Charlae 2 weeks in advance and right before my vacation. I spoke with her on 3 separate occasions about ordering bundles and it never got DONE! I even sent pictures to her personal cell to help expedite the process when ordering the right hair (no response or confirmation). Unfortunately, my efforts were in vain.. 6 messages later and 2 days before my appointment, I rec'd again no response meaning NO HAIR! I ended up paying double elsewhere, when it was cheaper with Essentrix. The kicker is 3 hours before my appt the receptionist cancels due to an "emergency." They never offered another stylist or any accommodations to rectify an already horrific experience. So, if you are looking for a customer service run establishment then this
