I’ve been coming to Essentials Massage for years and plan to continue. The therapists and estheticians are fantastic and always leave me feeling relaxed after a long week. The facility is clean, calming, and welcoming, and the staff consistently go above and beyond to ensure comfort and a wonderful experience. I always look forward to my visits and highly recommend them!

I had a therapeutic massage with Deshara, and honestly, it was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. She didn’t just give a massage—she truly cared about how I was feeling and took her time to understand exactly where my pain and tension were. Her touch was precise and intentional, and I could feel the difference right away. By the end, I felt relaxed, refreshed, and completely renewed. It’s rare to find someone who loves what they do and puts their heart into their work, but that’s exactly who Deshara is. I’m genuinely grateful for the session, and I’m definitely coming back. Highly recommend her to anyone who needs real healing and relief.

Not happy at all so far. I booked a Groupon with this company 60 min massage / 60 min facial. It says to book online, but when you book a Groupon you can’t book online, you can book online but it asks you to add credit card and pay for the service. Since I already paid via Groupon, You must call for availability. Called twice and they called back about 45 min later. They had no availability for the day I booked which is today at 11am a Wednesday. They had availability, but not anyone to do the facial, so I said ok can we do the massage today and facial another time. She said no, that I’d have to pay for another massage and save the Groupon for another day. I said ok, let’s book today because I’m hurting. She asked me the type of massage I’d like. So I said deep tissue. Her response was
