Essential One Massage

I had a very nice massage with Sara(90 mins) and I decided to buy a massage for my husband's birthday. His appointment was on his actual birthday(May 18th) and he was happy to be able to relax on his special day. WELL.....my husband hears Sara talking and thinks she's asking him a question, she replies, "No, I'm on a phone call". REALLY!? I find it extremely disrespectful & down right RUDE to be on a phone call during a massage! There's absolutely no excuse for a masseuse to take a phone call while they're working. Sara, do better!

I’ve been coming here for atleast 2-3 years. What I love about this place is how consistent they are and caring. Sara goes above and beyond to make sure you leave relaxed. I’m a very picky person when it comes to massages and this is hands down my favorite massage spot. Definitely visit here you won’t regret it.

My massages with both Sara and Anna have been amazing. First time I went Sara gave me a complementary 15-min sauna. No issues with payment. The second time I went, payment was charged up front, which I did not mind, but when I came out Anna demanded a 20% tip over what I had just paid ($53 after tax for 30 minutes),so I tipped what I could and she said that wasn’t enough. I explained that tip is optional and it is up to the customer to decide how much to tip and that I’m a student. She was clearly not happy that I didn’t add more tip.😳

After searching for a convenient massage parlor, I stumbled upon Essential One Massage. As soon as I walked in, I browsed the different services and asked questions about a massage and a facial. I ended up going for the 1 hour massage. The first red flag was when the lady at the front asked for payment before the service. I told her I was use to receiving a service FIRST before paying but I ended up paying. The massage was 7/10- very rough but I needed it. After the service was completed the lady at the front demanded a 20% tip and stated that that’s their policy. I asked her- why didn’t you tell me before the service ???? Too many red flags. The hospitality was poor. I would not recommend this place !!!

Sara was amazing! This is the second time I’ve had a massage with her. She focuses on the areas I needed the most attention. I definitely feel relief and I’m coming back next week. Highly recommend this place and Sara!!!
