Essential Massage and Wellness

Had a 60 min deep tissue massage with Cheyenne. Literally the best massage I’ve ever had. She listened to my area of concerns and delivered a powerful and therapeutic session. She is warm and welcoming. I highly recommend Cheyenne and the spa, as everyone is so friendly and professional. I will be returning monthly.

Relaxing atmosphere. Friendly staff and massage therapists. This place is amazing. I hadn’t been able to find an affordable spa and one I like since I moved here, but this is the perfect hidden gem nestled in Conway. Easily accessible with on site parking. They offer you tea and water, and really listen to your needs. When able, will definitely be back!

Roberta is great, finds problem spots and does a great job addressing them. She listens to her clients and adjusts for their comfort. Great staff, nice place, easy parking.
