Got a prenatal massage at 30 weeks pregnant and wish I would’ve done it sooner! Whitney was so caring & professional throughout my whole visit and I highly recommend her! The environment was calm and relaxing and I left feeling very pampered!

I had an upper body focused, relaxing massage with cupping therapy. Whitney used a phenomenal mixture of gentle touch, deep tissue and accessing trigger points. This was my second time booking through Essential Kneads and I won’t look back. The space is clean, inviting, and professional. My lower back, shoulders, and neck thank her for the services provided. Much appreciated!

Whitney was great! My favorite part was her table.. whatever pad, sheet, bolster combo she has makes it feel like you’re laying on a cloud.
