Finally writing a review for this place I’m so grateful to have found. After getting into a pretty bad accident resulting in severe whiplash I’ve been coming here for the past 7 months and I don’t know where I’d be without it. I could say so much about Carol she is a godsend. So sweet and caring and very good at what she does, truly one of a kind. Along with her and all of the other staff they are very kind and attentive I’ve been to almost every one and would recommend any of them. So so blessed to have found healing through Essential Health and the head spa is definitely worth it my hair has never been softer and brought back my curls! Love this place and everyone in it!

Simply amazing! I came in a few days before my appointment with an orthopedic doctor. I had been having problems with my left knee since November and couldn't find much relief. When I'd try to massage it, I couldn't really do a good job or get enough pressure to really make a difference, but it always felt a little better for a while. Both of my legs and the tendons in my forearm were aching as well, but my knee was really foremost of my discomfort. I came in and Carol assessed me, then let Logan know that I had arrived for my appointment. He was incredible, he found places to work out knots that I didn't even know existed! He seemed to know exactly how much I could tolerate and would lighten the pressure a little, then come back and work on it again until the knots were gone! I had booked

I went there for the first time last week with bulged discs and excruciating back pain. I gained my life back by just one visit, pain decreased, mobility increased and I feel like a new person. Never thought this was possible but I’m actually doing so much better and will continue to go back. Thank you so much for making me feel better, you have no idea how grateful I am to be in such good hands. I recommend everyone with back pain to try them out, I was told surgery was the only way and it doesn’t look good. Insinuated I was a Thief I bought the Gold Membership in August of 2025 which allowed 1-1 hour message per month for a year. On my 4th visit, after the massage, behind the reception desk was the receptionist and the masseuse, as I approached the desk I was told "We can't find a membership for you" at the same time, as its being said, the monitor is turned around showing that a $160 for that days visit insinuating I been coming there for 4 months without paying. Makes you think how many people get away with it if it took 4 visits before they confronted me even though I have a membership. They found my membership when I told them I paid in full in August, but it was too late they already treated me like I was a thief. I have been a few times and the massages are always amazing. I did go once for vertigo and while I was there I mentioned having an issue with a muscle in my throat. She was able to work out the tense muscle and get rid of the vertigo. I highly recommend them if you’re looking to get rid of pain or just need a very relaxing massage.
