Essence of Sedona Massage

Alyssa's deep tissue massage was excellent! Due to an on-going orthopaedic issue, I've had massages for nearly 40 years. It's really challenging to find someone who understands deep tissue massage but Alyssa does. I'd place her in the Top 5 of every masseuse I've ever visited. She applied solid pressure without it being painful. She identified my knots and pain points and was able to relieve them. I hope at some point there will be signage letting you know you're at Essence Spa. It can somewhat confusing as it's in a medical complex with a 'For Lease' sales sign.

So I've had some terrible knots under my shoulder blades for as long as I can remember. The first time I went to essence of sedona, Alicia put her skills into action and got BOTH the knots out. It was a weird feeling to not feel the pain from those knots when her thumbs went down those muscles. I highly recommend essence of sedona to anyone who is truly looking to have some therapeutic and effective work done!💯

Alecia was AMAZING! Nothing short of a first class experience without the high sedona prices. Very clean, very professional and takes great pride in her work. Alecia also performed cupping as part of my massage as this was my request. THAT was amazing! I wish she'd move to Florida!! One of the BEST massage experiences ever!! Alecia is a very gifted massage therapist!! I recieved a much needed 90 minute deep tissue massage from her, and I feel absolutely amazing. I am also a massage therapist (so I am a little picky) and I highly recommend her!! Her techniques are so unique and very therapeutic. Thank you Ally!!!

Where do I begin... Alecia was an all-star. I was in Sedona on vacation/business and my wife suggested a last minute massage. To be truthful, we were both a bit wary because there weren't that many Google reviews, but we ended up going for it and I will definitely be returning next time I'm in town. We had a quick discussion about past experiences, preferences, and dislikes. This was without question the best massage I have ever received (down to the suction cups which did a good job of dissolving my tension points) ... There were elements catered to my pain points that were performed masterfully and adaptively and most importantly (to me anyways), was the communication along the way. She is a wizard with her hands.
