Essence Nails & Spa

I’m super bummed out. I typically love this place, but I got a dip manicure 7 days ago and 6 of my nails have already chipped! I paid $65 for them to start chipping after 3 days.

I usually come here when I'm in Lawton and need a fill or new set. Customer Service is good on most days. Today I came in for a fill and to have one nail fixed. The man who took care of my nails seemed put out with the state of my nails. He kept muttering under his breath that I needed a new set, but never suggested it to me. He would look at each nail and shake his head. If I need a new set instead of a fill, say so. Its so easy. I never got the feeling I was a valued customer, more of a nuisance. Service was fast and rough. He didn't bring the nailcolor samples for me to look at like usually occurs. He just asked me if I knew what color I wanted. I'm a pretty easy customer and I know what to expect from a visit to Essence. The nails look fine, but no base coat and he only filed one tip w

Such a great place. So friendly and so talented!! And they have alcoholic slushies! Always a good time when I get my nails and feet done. Thank you guys!

Been coming here now for a few months, normally have 2 people i go too, because my nails are funny and go all ways and they are the only ones that can actually work with it, but just recently I had to use Danny and another girl, they both are just as good and im happy i feel comfortable using any employee there now! I went last week and tried a new shape and color and she hit it spot on what i was aiming for and she was short staffed that day, my daughters never have an issue either and we hardly ever wait longer than 10 mins before they can help us!

#1 NAIL SALON in Lawton. Great atmosphere, wonderful service. My nail guy took his time but was in and out. Hands down super HAPPY with my results. They look so pretty for a great price Love the ombré look🥰
