Essence Nails & Spa

I went in there yesterday to get a full set. The guy that done my nails was too distracted with his son there and wasn’t paying attention doing my nails. My middle finger nail is crooked and I came in this morning to have him fix it. He was trying to say my nail wasn’t crooked. You can very much tell it’s crooked. I will not be back and I will go else where. Not happy with my nails one bit and he didn’t even give me time to tell him how short I wanted to have my nails and he went ahead and cut it before I could say anything. Not to mention his kid kept bumping into his arm while doing my nails as well.

The employees are always friendly. They get you in and out in a timely manner and work hard to make sure you are pleased with your manicure/pedicure.
