My wife loves this place. When you have pleasant people that love what they do, it's great for your business! The mother and daughter duo that comes along with this store is next to none. The two goes above and beyond to tru and take care of your needs no matter how crazy your needs are. They are very patient in helping you find what you need by all means.. If you're from this area you definitely should make this beauty supply store for number one option!

This place used to be my number one spot. However every time I've gone in the past couple of months the experiences are getting worse and worse! I went in today to get my set taken off, and as you can see I still have nail Polish on a couple of my fingers and on my middle finger she didn't even bother to take all of the acrylic off because she said she didn't wanna hurt me. Of course I'm thinking she's going to wrap my finger with acetone, but no, she just left it! I have no idea if I'm gonna go back to get my nails done, but I will go back to get my eyelashes done. That's the only reason I gave them 2 stars.

The store is disorganized and there is stuff everywhere. Many of the wigs are too high up. They follow you around the store like you’re a shoplifter. If you try on wigs the lady stands there and stares at you and rushes you. And if you touch the wig “too much” she tells you to stop and says you’re damaging the display wig. I’m not spending $$ on hair I’m not certain I really like. I also like to take selfies to get a different perspective (from the front and the back) and she stands there staring you down. I’m not doing anything suspicious. I’m trying to see if I really like it. Last time I went I bought two bigs, one I never wear because she rushed me and it turns out the one wig was just not the right fit for me. Money down the toilet.

The one lady has the nastiest attitude. It doesn’t matter how polite you’re being she just has a nasty disposition. Today was my LAST DAY patronizing this place. The gentleman are far more respectful and kind. Then to top it off she has the nerve to be playing gospel music over the speakers, but her energy does not seem very Christ like. Whatever though I’ll never come back though, customer service means everything to me!

They are usually pretty decent when I go in to make a purchase and ti be in the demographic they are located in they seem to have a great selection for the population. I gave it a 3 because I just called in to confirm the store hours as I have an appointment and need to get supplies before my 10 am appointment. I am unable to go today because time doesnt permit. When I attemptd to confirm the opening time the male that answered the phone said "During the week?, we are suppose to open at 9am, but we are usually late so 9:15 am or 9:30 am and giggled, I hung up saying that was so unproffesional and I hope he heard me!
