I have been going here since elementary, love them and all the worker that work there have did my hair . But this year they really showed their true colors. I wont go into details but it don’t be that busy in there to not have the option to request the same person for services from a specific person if the others can’t do it . I’ve sent regulars here but will definitely be letting them know ! ( it was only 2 stitch braids , and EVERYBODY can’t do 2 stitch braids)

This was my first visit to the wig shop. I purchased two wigs. One was ok, not the best quality. The second one I was given was old and not what I originally ordered. The texture was not the same, the look and feel was not the same that I tried on. Even the length was different. The owner waited on me at the time. I didn't realize she gave me a different wig until I got to my event when I opened it. When I came back I returned it to her unworn with the tag still on it. It was so smashed up coming out of the packaging. She refused to take it back. That is poor customer service. I don't recommend this wig shop. I was excited to finally find a black owned wig store. What a disappointment. I usually buy two wigs every four to six weeks. I count it as my donation to the community. Her loss bec

Stay away went in today to see if they person who use to do my hair was in and see was. I wanted her only to be the one because the previous person cut my braids out when I paid to have to have them taken down! Well today I went in after not coming here from the last incident. I asked if Ms. Rose was still there i was told yes. I wanted her to do my hair. The owners daughter told me she couldn't do my hair they have others in the shop. If I make an appointment and paying i should be able to let whomever do my hair. Dear owners daughter you are rude, ignorant and unintelligent! Stay away they will cut your hair out!!

Came here to buy hair and the lady asked if I was getting my hair done there…. I did not even know they did hair in the back but I am very pleased with my hair the staff were friendly and fast my same day appt was at 12 I only sat for about 20 mins before they started the price was reasonable

I’ve recently started attending this beauty supply about 2 years ago. They have everything I need! The ambience is wonderful and the customer service is great. I’ve told all of my friends and family and they’ve also had great experiences. I will certainly keep coming back.
