ESSENCE Fragrances at Wolfchase Galleria Mall

Javier is such a good sales person!! I was asking about a perfume and he knows all of his scents and his knowledge is amazing. Loved talking to him and makes my experience ten times better!

I always shop at Macy's or Dillard's but today I thought to try something new. This young lady name Jazzmine stopped me with a sample that she was passing out. It smelled great so I asked if she had other fragrances and she said yes. I was very appreciative of how she took her time to open and let me smell. Even thought there where other people coming and asking her questions. As she where letting me smell some I liked 4 but when she told me the prices I was like no thank you. She then did something to where instead of me paying 496 I only paid 345. I really saved some money there I would recommend her to assist you if you are not sure what you like.

Jazzmine is such a great sales person. Every time I stop by she gives such great customer service. All the cologne she recommends for both men a woman be smelling great and she helps out with good prices. Someone should give her a raise!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have bought many fragrances from this store kiosk within the past 2-3 months and I have been very pleased. However, they sold me a cologne claiming it was about $120, but they had discounts, so I thought it was a good buy when they said they would sell it to me for $70, but they would mail it to me. It came in the mail today with a receipt that stated that it came from Ebay and it cost $40. I called and talked with the manager and he said “do you not understand how we make money”. I felt taken advantage of since I had been supporting them for so long - I can’t believe I fell for it. I WILL NOT SHOP HERE AGAIN. Update: When I told the manager that I would be posting a bad review - he called me back and asked me to bring the cologne back and they would give me my money back.
