This location has a huge selection. Choi recommended a couple of styles. She was very patient. I drove from the other side of town and it was worth it. When I am ready to purchase another wig, I will drive across town once again. Love this location. Such a huge selection you would not be disappointed. There are wigs as low as 9.99. She will also give a discount or 3 wig free, depending on your preference.

Excellent Beauty Supply Store within 15 to 20 mile radius.I used find myself driving around to most of the Beauty Supplies just to find quality weft hair and products at an affordable price. However, I have made up my mind that Essence Beauty Supply will be my go to because they have the BEST store hours 7 days a week, the best hair brand quality and, variety at the best price! I never have to spend a lot of time walking around the store to find what I want or ask for help because everything is well stocked. The customer service is great! Positive, friendly attitude and No Asian owner standing over their African American workers. They allow the African American workers to really cater to the demographic that comes in. Very pleased with this business.

I will never come here again. I don't care how close it is! The lack of customer service is disgusting! They pick who they want to help, and if you ask a question, they either have no answer or they're on the phone face timing with their friends or family and have no desire to help you. One child (yes, I said child) was face timing her friend while dealing with customers and was nasty to a young lady on the phone. So ya'll hire just anybody? Never mind your customers who spend a lot of money at this place. Do better people. Times are hard enough as it is without having to deal with a lack of customer service nor care for your customer. The lack of customer service from these young folks (and some older ppl, too) is lacking. Why be in this type of business if you're going to be a disgusting
