Essence Beauty Salon

I’ve been to Essence twice now. It can be hard to find a good loctician with reasonable prices but i believe I’ve found that at this salon. The staff and owner are kind. The convenience of the location is also an A+ for me, being in co op city. I got my boyfriend an appointment as well when i went there second time and he had a great experience. I’ve been recommending this salon to everyone! Definitely check it out!

I’ve gotten my hair done at Essence Beauty Salon multiple times since they’ve opened. It’s truly a 1 stop shop for all your hair/ beauty needs & all of the staff are super helpful and talented! It is the best salon in the Co Op City Area.

I truly enjoyed my experience at Essence Beauty Salon! The esthetic is beautiful, the vibe is family oriented and my hair turned out great! I got my hair braided in a timely manner and painless. I’ll be back for a wash and set next!

Love the welcoming energy of this establishment. Treated me very well and stylist know exactly what they’re doing. I have locs and they handled me with care and executed the style I wanted. I’ve got my hair done here 3+ times and I KNOW I will continue here for a very long time.
