Poor customer service by the owner, I presume. I was shopping and being helped by the woman on the floor. I made a phone call and was repeating out loud the items the person on the phone was telling me I should get. I remember one being an item the woman helping me said was kept behind the counter. I simply said “Ok” and continued to grab what was on the floor. The man at the counter heard me on the phone repeating what I was told to get and took it upon himself to ring up the item that was behind the counter. (I was wondering why my total was so high but I didn’t take the time to look in the bag or ask him to run to through everything. Big mistake.) This is the best beauty supply store we have here in statesboro. I'll recommend anyone who is trying to get some great quality hair to go here. I've been going here since I was a kid and I've always been satisfied. Best customer service ever.

Esquire doesn't have the best quality hair. I bought two packs of Premium Too Human Hair In Two Diffrent Inches. The Total Came Out To Be 46 Something And It Was Two DIFFRENT Types Of Hair In Each Pack ! One Was A Cheap, Dry Texture And The Other Was What It Was Supposed To Be.
