She was super nice and ridiculously patient with me. Very talented and cut my hair exactly as I wanted without me evening knowing what I wanted if that makes any sense... I will definitely be going back and referring my friends, family, and clients to her!

I hate to be that person and complain, but given my horrible experience I have to. If I could give 0 stars i would. I came here after seeing all the good reviews to get my hair done. I wanted simple highlights but NO apparently that was too much to ask. I wanted a few highlights to spice up my hair, but i wanted them to look NATURAL. Natural to me is MOST DEFINITELY NOT BLUE! They were so horrible I had to go somewhere else to get them fixed. I will not be coming here again and i recommend you save your money and go somewhere better. Unless blue highlights are what you're looking for...

I love Esmerelda!! She had 3 men ahead of me as I was a walk-n and it was the evening and near closing time. She was friendly and sweet the whole time even tho I ran past closing time. I went n with a botched up haircut that another stylist from another salon had given me. Esmeralda fixed it and I left VERY happy!! I no its COVID but I couldn't resist hugging her.!! The salon is clean, she is so friendly and I will definitely go back!!

She was very helpful and friendly. I went there for a trim. She double checked with me on the length before she was going to cut. I would recommend bringing a friend with you if your going after sunset. The area is a bit sketchy. Overall I would recommend this place for anyone looking for great service at a great rate.

They deserve NEGATIVE stars after my experience here. Especially with the outcome of my hair. I went in wanting to get a trim as well as front bangs, which aren’t a new look for me. I did not ask to look like a raggedy , choppy , little lad from the starburst commercial!!! Now I have 2 options, pin my bangs back until they grow out so I can get them fixed OR buy a little lad dress and embrace it. However I Will Not be spending more money for this so called ‘look’. DO NOT COME HERE UNLESS YOU WANT BERRIES AND CREAM. (sorry trying to make light of this stressful situation). I DO NOT recommend!!!
