I spoke to LUCY today about scheduling with my preferred hair stylist and she was very rude. She went on joking about how the person I asked for doesn’t show up for work in my opinion that’s unprofessional. And if I’m calling a salon to make an appointment I shouldn’t be asked “why are you asking about this person” I prefer her for a reason. I’ve been goin there for years and I’m very disappointed in the way this person spoke to me today. I simply wanted to get my daughter’s first hair cut there being that I’ve have good experiences with my stylist. But I’ve decided I will be going elsewhere with my money.

My mom and I stopped by to ask about appointments & we both got haircuts! We were so pleased with our cuts and the gals working there were all so friendly. We have found our go-to beauty shop!!

I've been going to Esmeralda's Beauty Shop for several years, and I continue to be very pleased with the way they cut my hair. Their staff is very pleasant and courteous, and the prices are reasonable and affordable. I will continue to go back and I highly recommend it.
