Such a welcoming staff and loved that you get to use the spa amenities, hotel pool and beach access with your spa day! Super hot steam room and refreshing cold plunge! But my absolute favorite part was my massage with Luis. He’s been doing massage therapy for decades and it shows! His love for people and massage is felt while you are on his table. Even though I live in Nashville, I will make it a point to return to him for healing when visiting Miami. Might I add that I personally own a day spa so extremely picky with who does my services…he’s perfection!

It is very amazing place. I love spa treatments especially body wraps. While massages I get often, body wraps are vacations treats- they require time and relaxation. That one spa is best in Miami- I had tried Faena and Ritz and few others. Luis , very experienced massage therapist, and beautiful Liz, who did my body treatment- thank you. Unfortunately spa is inside Eden Rock, which is so so hotel, thus this great spa is a hidden jem. Gail- don’t know if she manager or owner- doing great job. I will come there every time I am in Miami.

Having been to other luxury spas, this experience was extremely disappointing. I came with my mother for a massage and pedicure. Both of our pedicures were fine, nothing special for the price but totally content. I called twice before appt to verify the time and did not get back to me until after my massage. Instead, they called me twice during my pedicure to verify an appointment that was ongoing, which was disruptive. While my moms massage was great, mine was simply bad. She spent more time washing her hands and fiddling around than actually massaging me. When she was doing the massage, it was ticklish and not a swedish massage. Finally, we purchased an 80 minute massage but I was only in the room for 65-70 minutes. If you’re willing to pay the amount, go to another spa!! however, if you

The masseuse was awesome! When you get to the spa, the process of actually getting to the locker room takes too long. They should send you all the paperwork by email and not require you to fill it out before a relaxing day. The facilities are nice - one of a few spas with a cold plunge. The restaurant is very disorganized but the food is great.

The spa is lovely and the massage was great! but then later when looking at my credit card receipt I see they charged me a 45$ service charge without notifying me of this beforehand- be careful But just to let you know after speaking with the new supervisor, she graciously refunded that extra charge. I am extremely impressed.
