This was the best spa experience I have ever had. As someone who doesn't do too well with massages, the staff made me feel completely comfortable and actually relaxed. I ordered a couples package for me and my partner, so we had the private room experience with a few add ons. Each of our experts were very friendly and aligned with our personal needs from style of massage to how conversational we each were. I felt very safe. The ammenities you have access to are quite lovely, including the complimentary mock champagne (for those who don't drink), the jacuzzi and sauna. My overall experience, from the moment I did the walkthrough, was great. I was a bit confused when I asked if I could take a picture of my wellness shot that was given to me at the front desk, because if I remember correctly, the guidelines I signed stated that phones were not allowed in the back area where other guests would be. At the time, I was standing at the front, so that part was a little unclear to me. I also felt slightly rushed when taking my shot. I arrived early specifically so I could take my time, so having the option to take it with me while I was shown around the facility would have been nice. I had a massage done for my birthday yesterday and it was amazing!! I was in awe from the time I got there until the time I left!! The staff was wonderful, welcoming and friendly!! This was the most wonderful experience I had at a spa!! I plan on coming back!!!!

I visited Escape Spa on February 13 as a Valentine’s gift to myself. The facility itself is beautiful, and the amenities were excellent. The sauna, hot tub, and relaxation areas were very enjoyable, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing. I also ordered a chlorophyll mocktail, which was very good. It took about 30–40 minutes to arrive, but the staff made it complimentary, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, my massage experience did not meet expectations, especially given the total cost (around $295 including add-ons and service fees). I booked a 60-minute deep tissue massage with a scalp massage add-on. Before the massage began, I briefly stepped out to use the restroom and understood that this would reduce my massage time. The entire staff, from the front desk to the massage therapists, went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable and cared for. The spa itself was spotless — clean, calm, and beautifully maintained. My massage was incredible — exactly what I needed to relax and reset.
