Husband booked me a much needed massage. The facility itself is very nice. My massage was not very good. So much of my body was left untouched, like my hands and feet and legs and arms. She focused on my back but not very well. It also ended about 10 minutes early. She also talked the whoooole time. She would stop massaging because she was so into a story she was telling or because she was asking a question. Won't be going back.

Worst massage ever the lady talked about politics for the hour and when I’d stop responding, she would stop rubbing waiting for me to respond before she would continue, forcing me to engage in a political debate while I’m just trying to relax. not to mention, her technique was just really bad. I’ve gotten better neck rubs for my eight-year-old daughter. She finished 8 minutes early, but to be honest, I’m not even mad about that. I was ready to leave. I’ll never be back!

I've never had a 60 minute massage where I left with more back pain & stiffness than I started with! Worst they didn't care. I told the masseuse while working on my back that something he did made it spasm, so he said he'd be more gentle & worked it out a bit. Then when he asked me to roll over that caused it to spasm again & I let him know. I was barely able to roll over. Then at the end I could barely get off the table & was too stiff to get dressed. He came back in & rubbed my back another minute or 2 and I was able to get dressed, & it started to loosen up as I walked a bit but was still pretty stiff & pained. I let the front desk gal know but she just gave a half hearted apology. I asked if I could pay for a chair massage to see if the kink could be worked out, she said they don't of

I’ve been seeing Jessica for well over a year now and she doesn’t disappoint!! She’s been the only stylist able to get me to such a light blonde without damaging my hair. She’s also really good about education and teaching me how to maintain it (curled pictures are her work, the straight hair is after a hair mask she recommended for color - silver/platinum is so high maintenance but I know what I signed up for haha). She’s also been very understanding and flexible if I did have any issues with my hair (and I’m PICKY) which I appreciate! I wouldn’t recommend anyone else - her services are great, her prices are fair, and the results are what I asked for! :)

I have been twice - once for a massage a while ago that was great and again today for a facial with Megan. Megan explained everything to me and the facial was a very relaxing experience. The products smelled amazing too, like papaya or something tropical. I will come back for sure and am looking forward to also trying out the salon soon.
