Never returns calls. I had to unfortunately cancel bc my daughter was sick. I called as soon as the school called me. Did anyone call back to reschedule? No. I will NEVER recommend them! They are the absolute worst only based off customer service — not their skills. They are very skillful with hair. Customer service just sucks. I’ve literally called and begged on vm for a call back bc I called that many times. Like who has to do that?!?!

Stephanie is amazing. Great Stylist! Very professional and kind.

Not following covid 19 guidelines. Had family member go there awaiting test and was told to come in anyways (apparently told other clients to do the same and they were positive) . Ended up testing positive. Don’t think an owner should be exposing workers and clients.
