After calling so many salons all morning and being quoted prices that felt wild for a simple haircut, I finally decided to give this place a chance—even though they don’t have a ton of reviews yet. I’m really glad I did. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed. Both women were kind, attentive, and genuinely listened. I was very clear about what I wanted and shared a past bad experience, letting them know I’d rather be told “no” than walk out disappointed. The stylist asked thoughtful questions, checked in about length and shape, and made sure we were on the same page every step of the way. The communication was solid, and that made all the difference. I came to Ely's for the first time last week for a hair cut. Angie was the one who helped me and cut my hair. She was so nice and professional! I had an idea of what I wanted and she gave great suggestions. My hair came out perfect! I only paid $30 for the cut so its not as over priced as reviews say but obviously if your going to dye your hair it'll be more. It's a beautiful salon, will definitely be coming back .
