Wonderful, went above and beyond expectations. Hairdresser seemed a little stressed and rushed but was still very professional and did a good job. Very happy with how hair came out. She listened and did exactly what was asked. I'd definitely refer and return there. It is beautiful and the aesthetic is gorgeous.😍 ✨️ But the appointment wait time is absolutely ridiculous. Over a month. There were 2 girls working when I was there and they weren't very friendly. But that was brushed off as I'd rather not chit chat. She did her work and it came out well so 👏 👏 👏

Called for a trim, was told I had to wait over a month for an appointment. I’m sure it was because it was just a trim and can’t make much money out of that. lol Another one of these places that chooses who they are going to service. Bet their good reviews come from inside family members and friends.

Don't waste your money going here They literally destroyed my hair They gave me a chemical burn on my head because I don't know how to bleach They don't even use the timer I asked for a slight rainbow and gray hair and they didn't even do what was on the photo My hair is going to have to be redone by someone else because they couldn't do their job correctly and they charged me $250 for something I didn't even want They made me cut my hair and called it a trim 2 in is not a trim that's a cut

This is such a beautiful salon, beautifully decorated, and cared for. The owner, Carmen, is very passionate about her business, and it reflects in the quality of her work. She was able to squeeze me in one morning. It was kind of an emergency, and she came through for me. This was my first time there, and I loved my outcome. Price is great, I will be returning! I highly recommend this place.

Carmen did an absolute amazing job on my step daughters hair! Not only did she exceed my expectations, she also went above and beyond to make sure my step daughter left her salon happy with her service. Not to mention, her prices are amazing! I recommend this salon to anyone who’s looking for hair services in the area. All the hair stylists in her salon are amazing!
