Poor Business Practice - Hair Shedding like a dog! Save your money! I scheduled Bora Bora braids with Kidist and paid a deposit two weeks in advance. When I arrived for my appointment, I informed the stylist that I was there specifically for Kidist. The staff called the owner, Ermi, confirmed, and proceeded to wash my hair and blend my human hair to prep for braiding. Once that was completed, a hairstylist began parting my hair to start braiding. I stopped her because I was there for Kidist. At that point, the owner was called again, and I was finally informed that Kidist was unavailable. I asked Ermi why I was never informed before arriving or before my hair was washed and blended, especially since my deposit was placed specifically for Kidist. Very responsive by text when booking the appointment. The stylist was prompt and on time at 8am. Competitive prices in the area for boho knotless braids. Hair was included, must bring your own if you want human hair. Took about 6.5 hours to complete. No surprise up charges once I got there. I was able to charge and use my laptop throughout. I would definitely recommend.

Had a great experience at Ermi's! I got boho knotless braids, almost waist length for $300. Took 9 hours but my braider was incredibly sweet and gave me exactly what I asked for. The salon is in a great location, walking distance from the metro and surrounded by lots of restaurants and coffee shops.

I think I found my salon 😍 My hair pretty short from this relaxed pixie cut it’s growing out from so I was worried it couldn’t be gripped. But look at me nowww! Boho knotless braids with crisp parts, that are super neat & for the size - didn’t take as long as you’d think. I love it & will definitely be back !! ✅ambiance ✅quality ✅customer service

I’ve been to Ermi’s 4 times between March 2024 and March 2025. After my last experience, I won’t be returning. 1st Visit: I got small knotless, butt-length braids for 300 dollars. I was out in 6 hours, which was great. The parts weren't perfect, but not terrible either. I appreciated that a wash was included and liked the salon's atmosphere. 2nd Visit: Same style, braider, and experience as the first time. 3rd Visit: I got butt-length boho twists for 300 dollars and was in the chair from 8 AM to almost midnight. The appointment was long and draining, I can't lie, but the twists came out beautifully. A shorter, older woman did them. 4th Visit (my last straw): I booked small knotless butt-length box braids and confirmed multiple times I would only come if Kidist could do my hair. I rearr
