Garage while being a bit pricey for a 24 hour stay was super accommodating, tons of available spaces within 2 minutes walking to our hotel and dinner reservations. The top floor of parking offered some beautiful views as well as peaceful parking I could rely on, guards monitoring are quite regular here even in the elevator room I appreciate the appearance of protection of my valuables and my vehicle.

The garage was open to non-permit-holders on Saturday, April 13th, 2024, despite Northwestern's website being being a little unclear about that; but it was pretty full, even before 9:00 AM, and expensive ($49 for the day).

You have 2 people that use 1 car? Well you can expect to not be able to use the garage you're paying for if the one with the account isn't there, doesn't matter that its the car that's being paid for. According to the people who work here, there's no way to figure out how to let both people use to garage, and they certainly don't even think this is a problem or want to help. Really just flabbergastingly stupid.

Their garage charged me $45 when I was suppose to get the early bird special which is $17. I was over by Two minutes at 7:32pm and I don't understand how it jumps to $45 and of course no one will answer the phone when I call there to explain. I will not be using this garage again.

Do not park in this parking garage. It is 3rd party run there is no oversight from Northwestern. They are aware of the problems and issues that happen and have done nothing to correct it. I was triple charged and they refused to refund me my money.
