I walked-in and got Brian. Loved it! I wear Nuance glasses (with built-in hearing aids) which have very thick temples. He customized my short haircut to work with the glasses, and gave me thorough advice on how to style my hair. I have an important event coming up and he gave me great advice on accessorizing. I’ll be back.

My hair was in bad shape from former salons. Brian completely transformed my hair. I haven’t been this happy with my hair in a long time. Brian is a true professional and expert in his field. I would highly recommend this salon. Definitely a hidden gem in Buffalo Grove.

I was very excited to go back to Jessica who had done my hair several years ago. She seemed to know exactly what I wanted and was excited to do it so they got ME even more excited :) She even gave me her number so I could text her pics of what my hair looks like now and what I want. My experience with Jessica was great. She walked me through each process and kept checking to make sure it was all going right. She's also very sweet and we chatted the whole time. When I saw the finished product, I was THRILLED! She pretty much nailed it! It was a balayage. I walked in with long, light brown hair and left a blonde basically with a beautiful cut and nice waves like the picture I showed her. I was VERY satisfied.
