Epic Nails

I recently had a manicure and spa pedicure here, and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. The 30-minute foot massage was nothing more than light touching with no real pressure — it felt pointless and not relaxing at all. The worst part was that the cuticles on both feet were not cleaned properly, leaving them looking messy and unfinished. Overall, the entire service felt rushed, as if they just wanted to get it over with. Definitely not worth the time or money. By the way, she cleaned my polish bottle very. well.

I absolutely love coming here! Jon is always able to get me in, even without an appointment, and the wait time is never long. My favorite techs to go to are Ella and Jenny. They both do such an amazing job and are always so friendly. The salon is spotless, the staff are professional, and they’re always accommodating if I ever want something adjusted with my nails. I always leave happy and get so many compliments afterward. Highly recommend!

The hours of operation is supposed to be 10 AM. They arrived almost 30 min late. Line out the door waiting. I confronted the owner showing him the horrible pedicure that his employee did. He got very rude with me and said, “there is Nothing wrong with my pedicure”. Take a look what do you think? Probably the worst pedicure ever! I think a 5-year old could’ve done a better job

The WORST manicure ever. First I made an appointment with Eva and then Jon started doing my nails and when Eva asked about her apt he basically reprimanded me for not again remounting him my apt was with her. The white for French was so thick and goopy it looked awful then he covered it with the base color. The nail and cuticle cutter was rusted. Disgusting.

0/10 would not recommen. The guy was very rude and told me he would not do what i asked him to do even though i asked him before hand if be could and he told me yes. My acrylics are very bumpy and so thick the shape is nothing like what i asked for them to do. For my pedicure they let me sit there for 20 minutes and let my water get cold while workers were not occupied. This place is pitiful & a disappointment.
