So kind; listen to what you’d like for your nails, and timely service 😊 even if you don’t make an appointment in the summer they will get you in asap. I’m happy that we have a nail service on the East End that can do my nails however I request. The pedicure is also excellent and there is a good variety of options to choose from including massages and hot stones. Highly recommend this wonderful salon! :)

I went to Epic last week for a pedi and gel mani. It will be my last time going here. I had an appointment as soon as they opened. The salon immediately got filled to capacity with customers. People kept coming in and they did not turn anyone away, just kept telling them it would only be a few minutes and they could wait. It was ME who ended up waiting between my pedi and mani. I would have left but had my nails wrapped. When I left I noticed that the polish on my hands was very dull and looked smudged in places. I had to go back in and spoke to the owner who made a joke out of it while he buffed them up. It still looked smudged in two places but at that point I had to get on with my day. By the time I got home I had a chip in my pedicure and hadn’t don’t anything out of the ordinary.

Had few expectations due to rating, however it was an excellent experience. Clean, comfortable, good color choices. At the end I received a complementary back massage which was really great. My new fave nail spot.

I’m pretty sure my lady doing my nails name was Lily ! She was very gentle with my nails. She was very nice. She was very sweet.I liked my nails and design so much.

I've been 2X so far and I will be going again. It's now my spot. I arrived both visits without an appointment during the week and once in a Saturday. Plenty of pedicure massage chairs. Plenty of manicurist. I was seated immediately. Foot massage felt great.
