Walked in and not acknowledged until 3 to 5 minutes while standing looking at the merchandise. I previously took a friend there and had their haircut and got in and out quickly with friendly customer service. This time was different. Not acknowledged when sitting for 3 to 5 minutes and when finally acknowledged, the lady doing a perm yells at someone in the back to help us. You guys accept walk-ins but not prepared for it. The lady doing the perm could have cut someone else's hair while waiting for her existing client with perm in process. Not good managing your time skills. Do better...

I always come out looking good. Weather I just get a haircut or highlights and a cut. Candice does a great job! From the first time I walked in and met her, she has made my hair look great! I searched for a stylist for several years before I found her and now I won't go anywhere else

Joanna did my hair, and she did a great job. I got a butterfly cut with red balayage.

Joey did my hair today & she was wonderful!! She took her time cutting it & did a 2 colors. Wonderful!!!
