Envy Spa & Nails

Got my nails done here and had to return four times within the week because the gel kept chipping off. On the fourth time, I finally asked if they would just redo them properly altogether. They said no. I asked them if they would please offer a partial refund. Despite me asking politely and trying to keep our conversation private so as not to damage their relationship with other customers, this man YELLED at me to leave, in front of everyone. I was shocked this is how they treat paying customers. Please beware.

Dropped in while in town visiting family. SUPER FRIENDLY staff. I had a guy who did my nails and didn’t skip a beat visiting with me while giving me a beautiful set of nails!! Love this spot and will be back when in town again!!

The tools go in and out of the nail person plastic bin. I've been going her for over a year and never seen the tools go in a solution for disinfection. Never. Half don't speak or understand English. They speak back and forth across the whole shop in there language. It's rude here. I've tried to be kind and reasonable, but I will not return. I have tipped very good, it makes no difference, they don't remember me as a customer.

Friendly and accommodating they did such a great job on my acrylic set and pedicure love the hot coal massage and my gel nails lasted for longer than 4 weeks. I will be back!

Absolutely loved it. This is the first time I have ever done this. And I will definitely be back and recommend to lots of people.
