Envy Nails Spa Cypress

I have had great service every time I have gone. I tried a few different technicians at first to find exactly who I wanted for a pedicure and manicure, but really sooo many are good. Easy to make appointments and usually on time w/o waits. New chairs, new colors, and etc to make the experience better.

I have been to this location twice. The first time was on the 20th to get my nails done for a full set. My only complaints during this visit is that no one asked if I wanted a drink and I felt that the tech cut my nails too short and that's why it fell off. My nails came out great and I loved them. 5 days later, one or my nails fell off so I went to get the nail replaced on December 27th. I walked in to get a replacement and I sit down and wait. When I said I needed a replacement, every employee kept staring at me like I was complaining. I was very kind when I walked and throughout the entire visit. The lady comes out and start replacing the nail, only she seemed like she didn't know what she was doing. She keep looking around and would just randomly stop working on my nail. I understand i

I always have fantastic experiences here. Everyone is friendly, but Shayla is my favorite—she always understands exactly what I want and delivers it perfectly. The salon is beautiful, cozy, and welcoming, with a calm and relaxing atmosphere. I’ll definitely keep coming back!

My second or third visit here. Very nice staff and facility. Nice relaxing music. Very professional and the man at the front is always very attentive and they take care of you immediately even without an appointment if a tech is available. The pedicure includes a very nice foot massage. I was there this past weekend and experienced something unexpected. One of the nail techs seemed to be upset. I could not tell if she was disputing with her customer or what happened but her outburst was very unprofessional for this level of facility. I will definitely go back but I will be certain not to use Maria. You just don't act that way in front of clientele.

My friends recommended this place last year and I’ve been seeing Cathy every few weeks since. She always does an amazing job, and the whole team at Envy Nails is friendly and professional. Highly recommend!
