Envy nail spa salon

This is my top choice Nail Spa! I’ve been going here over 14yrs and I’m always satisfied with my services. (I’ll only go to another spot if I can’t get an appointment with my fav tech). All the techs here are amazing, skillful and knowledgeable. This Nail Spa provide an array of services so I get my nails done, a pedicure, eye brows waxed and if I’m feeling myself, Tina will also do my lashes! The aesthetics of this spa are upscale and modern. The staff are professional, knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. Their prices are very reasonable compared to some of the others in the area.

I’ve been going to this salon since I’ve moved to Gastonia. I took my resident there. The lady at table 4 REFUSED to do her nails because of her physical disability. I wanted to take her there because they do a good job and I’ve seen them do a person nails who had a physical condition. But for the lady just to come out her mouth and say NO IM NOT GOING TO DO IT is beyond me. Intellectual disable people are still HUMAN. I pray nobody else has to go through this. We ended up taken her to Ann’s nails and they had to issue with doing her nails. All we asked for was a French tip. No tips just paint. Wife came here and it was a huge disappointment!! Firstly She chose the Deluxe pedicure which was priced at $45 they charged her $60 She then got her nails done and they were the ones who were wrong on the polish color but gas lit her by saying that was the color she wanted WRONG She also had her eyebrows done and one of her eyebrows is half missing. Would NOT recommend Her sister for just a pedicure and full set paid $150 Literally insane. Please please read the reviews and go elsewhere

Been going there for so long and had to stop going after my last visit. They talk in their language being grumpy looking at me and made fun of me. The technician was a lady who was very unprofessional. I asked her to do gel manicure , she didn’t listen right and asked me about tips which is said NO. Then ended up in ugly manicure, and thick layer of color so I didn’t say her anything because I was ready to leave this place not to come back.

I took a special needs adult to get a french with gel polish. It was explained to the nail tech at table # 4 that she could be taken out of wheelchair to sit in the salon chair and that the direct support care provider would hold her hands and fingers because she can't open her hands on her own. The nail tech was very rude and acted as though she was disgusted and frustrated then stated that she wasn't going to do her nails. My client was very hurt when she was wheeled outside to get back on the van which angered me. I went inside myself and let them know that I was going to leave this review to let people know that individuals with intellectual and physical disabilities are not welcomed there. I went to Ann's Nail Salon and they welcomed her, was very patient and did a beautiful french
