I get severe nerve pain and had a lot of massages.I have to say Mike is one of the few that actually listens to what you need. He's so good at what he does he can find the painful spots that need work . He also has his own unique way of doing things. highly recommended

I had some crazy nerve pain going on in my shoulder. I wanted some advice about a general approach to recovery. Mike didn't give just a general answer. He took the time to listen and understand my specific situation. He gave good advice on what I should focus on, short term and long term. He explained things in a way that I could understand and took the time to really listen and answer my questions. He seems very knowledgeable and committed to helping.

Mike is Great. I was healing from knee surgery. He was and has been very knowledgeable about my recovery needs. The massages I recieved on my whole leg definitely contributed to my recovery. I am still seeing him every 4-6 weeks to massage the knots out of my knee and get a great overall massage. Great environment. Always on time. Friendly and personable. 2 Thumbs Up

I have been completely blown away by how my body has transformed over the past 6-months. Mike has abled me to achieve muscular balance in ways I was unable to prior. I am a very active individual and a career firefighter. Needless to say I am very demanding on my body and don’t always have the time to rest and recover. Mike’s massage techniques have allowed me to not only maintain my lifestyle but also taught me the importance of strength training. This correlation has had tremendous positive results in my day to day life, allowed me to perform at the next level athletically and strengthened me for my career. I am now living my best life, more relaxed and stronger than ever.
