Horrible place. I went there to do my hair (wash and blowout) supposedly says on google that they closed at 8 pm. I went there at 4:45, I went into the place and said HELLO but nobody said anything (very rude employee and no education), then one lady approached me and asked me if I was looking for someone in specific and I told her no, because was my first time there and she asked to me what I want do and I told her wash and blowout and she was like oh I’m sorry but I have a customer who comes at 5 pm and then she asked to the other lady if she can do it for me and the other lady said “no, I’m about to leave” basically I asked her back if nobody can do it and she said no, they not even try to a least make an appointment to me for the next day or try to see if I would try to go other day,

If I can rate this place 0 stars I would. I came in for just a blow out and flatten (due to I wanted to wash my hair myself) and this lady Mcdalia or however you spell her name messed up my hair so bad and then tried to blame me for it. I have relaxed hair and I told her I use my own products when I wash my hair. I’ve never been to a place where they can’t get a blow out and flatten right. She didn’t even bump my ends for me. I’ve washed my own hair plenty of times and went to get a blow out and flatten and it’s always come out how it SHOULD. Her excuse that she told another stylist to relay to me, was that my hair didn’t come out right due to me putting to much leave in conditioner in my hair. This review is mostly directed at hairdresser Yvette Gonzalez, not the other hairdressers. Yvette Gunsallus was my regular hairdresser that I would visit every two weeks. I don’t know what happened to her I don’t know if she got lazy she started using inferior products but this woman destroyed my hair. To the point where I have contemplated legal action. All she was supposed to do was to put a simple color brown color in my hair. I was told by professionals that she Must have used expired cheap products. She would not reveal to me what she used. I broke out in blotches and hives. This cause my hair to weaken and break all over. For the last year it has been my mission to rebuild my ones beautiful hair.
