Entrada Wellness Center

Massage therapist Ms. Anna Lee is a top notch practioner. Personable, explained basics of ‘hot stone’, did an excellent job focusing on my comfortability. Massage with Anna is a must do when staying at Entrada.

The customer service here was absolutely horrible, maybe my expectations were too high but for as nice of a place as Entrada is and for how much we paid for our spa day I’m shocked at how we were treated. As soon as we entered instead of being greeted we were very rudely told that we should have never been able to book services at the spa since we weren’t staying at the resort. Granted I called 2 weeks prior and was never told anything of the sort. The services were fine, nothing fancy. Not worth the cost for feeling so unwelcome. You should never make a guest feel so terrible for some receptionists mistake. We were planning on coming to stay at the resort during our next trip to St. George, at least now we know that is something we will never do.

We visit Entrada every year and it’s always amazing! What a great retreat for us as well the superb services from your staff in the spa (Tiffany & Katiene I believe) as well the fine dining (many thanks to Shauna & Nicole). Will be back again soon!

Beautiful Health Center with updated weight machines, Pilates reminder machines, a beautiful pool and great each group fitness classes.

Very well-appointed facility. Great staff. Only downside is that the weight room portion is too small. If there are more than a couple people using the weights, it begins to feel crowded. For best results, I would advise avoiding the busiest times.
